Parts Warranty / Refunds

First, we have a 0% return rate on our HD products when replaced in a set.  Literally, we’ve never received one back.

The return rate on our standard duty products is less than 1.5%.

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase!  We take care of our customers and we’re responsible for all packages until they make it to your door.


  • For best warranty terms, mounts must be replaced as a set.  See our video for more details, but these mounts wear out in pairs.   When purchased in pairs, we will warranty the parts from failure for a period of 1 year.  Warranty covers parts cost only and we’ll replace or refund, depending on customer preference.
  • Parts that are not associated with engine, driveline, or suspension mounting and are not associated with a set are also warrantied for a year.
  • Engine, driveline, or suspension parts that should be replaced in a set but or bought on an individual basis are warrantied for 90 days.



  • All Sales are final, unless we sent the wrong part, a defective part, part is unavailable, or otherwise made a mistake on our end.
  • Returns due to incorrectly purchased parts can receive a full refund minus a $15.00 shipping/handling fee (to cover our shipping costs) + 10% restock fee.  The part must be returned in original condition (unused) and return shipping pre-paid by the buyer.
